I'd love to share a little about me. I was born in the small town of Kamuela on the Big Island of Hawai'i. My passion for massage began when I was originally invited to receive a student massage at a local school. Though the concept had always intrigued me, I was never willing to step out of my comfort zone until an opportunity arose and I was invited to start my education as a licensed massage therapist. Throughout the year and a half of education, I have learned the ins and outs of Swedish, Trigger Point/Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, MET Stretching and Cupping. I enjoy taking continuing education courses in my free time to ensure I am at my absolute best. I created Ho'ala Massage to share my passion of healing and intentional living. My ambition is to help you unwind, relax and assist you on your health and wellness journey. Let's talk and get you back to being the best you, you can be.
